Buyer Protection
All orders placed through carolinebosmans are protected by our policy: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to verify the order or file a Claim if there's an issue. During this time, the funds are held and not transferred to the Seller. You can verify your order on carolinebosmans.com in the "Your Purchases" section. If you don't verify the order or file a Claim within 24 hours of receiving the item, the order will be automatically considered as verified, and a Claim or refund will no longer be possible.
Return Process
Below are the steps for the return process:
- 1. Submit a Claim: File a claim on Your Purchases page within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- 2. carolinebosmans Review: carolinebosmans will review your Claim and get back to you with any additional questions or required photos.
- 3. Print Return Label & Ship: If your Claim is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label for you to print and return the item within 72 hours.
- 4. Receive Full Refund: Once your tracking info shows the item is in the mail, we'll disburse your full refund.
What if I don't like my item or it doesn't fit?
Below are the details for re-listing an item:
- If you receive an item that you don't want for whatever reason, you can re-list the item without paying any commission or fees. In order to qualify, you must email info@carolinebosmans.com
- within 72 hours of receiving the item with the following information:
- Order # of the original purchase
- Your new listing
- Brief description of why you will be re-listing the item
- If eligible, you can also choose to add Seel Return Assurance to your order at checkout. Return Assurance gives you a 7-day return window on your otherwise final sale items. If you're unhappy with the purchase for any reason, Seel will buy it back from you for 100% of the purchase price you paid.
- All purchases are subject to a return period of 7 days, and returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. To initiate a return, please go to Your Purchases page and follow the instructions for submitting a return.
- In the event your entire order is cancelled by the Seller or all items in your order are successfully disputed, the Return Assurance fee will be refunded to you. However, the fee will not be refunded for partial cancellations or partial disputes.
- Please also note that shipping fees are not covered by Return Assurance. The original shipping fee will not be returned and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
- Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

Seller Return Policy
- Sellers on carolinebosmans should pay the utmost attention to properly describing and photographing the clothes they list. If for any reason the Buyer disputes the clothing you're selling as not matching the description, everyone will be unhappy :-) You won't earn money, the Buyer will be disappointed, and we will be unproductively tracking shipments and coordinating returns between you and the Buyer. We don't want that. To avoid this, listings should be well-described and the photos should leave no doubt about the condition of the clothing! Thank you!
